The NARDI COMPRESSORI MEDICAL full range is designed and developed by expert technicians specifically for the dental and medical industry. The air tanks of this whole compressor line are painted internally with corrosion inhibiting epoxy electrostatic powder and the compressors are equipped with dryers that absorb humidity and produce a moisture-free and clean air quality. NARDI also avails of antibacterial filters to meet international standards required by the niche markets we cater for. The materials and components used to manifacture these modern, strong and silent compressors guarantee great performance and reliability and they are all certified as CLASS IIA MEDICAL devices and recognised by the Italian Ministry of Health.
This oilless MULTIPOWER heavy duty model with its 270L air tank can be supplied with different powers and controls, NARDI COMPRESSORI manufactures both the classic version with pressure switches and also a fully automatic line with a special software. The automatic NARDI controller is flexible, reliable and easy to use, and it monitors up to three pumping units continually dependent of air requirements and the individual working hours of each pump. The MULTIPOWER 3-phase range with its automatic system gives information about the state and the performance of the compressor and one of its main characteristics is that it is an ecofriendly device optimising costs and energy savings. This 10BAR model can be equipped with single, double or triple pumps and the fantastic D600 DRYER, also manifactured in-house by NARDI.

Characteristics
The automatic control device memorizes the total working hours of the compressor and the working hours of every single pump unit and dryer installed. The motor switches have a thermal control which, in case of an electric overload, stops the motor and informs the automatic system of an ongoing malfunction. This will immediately start another motor this way there is no halt in the work of the user. The LPCD launches a message when the compressor is due for regular maintenance and also in case any alarm activates since the working hours of all pump units on the compressor are equal. It is possible to collocate up to 10 LP CONTROL DEVICES, therefore a maximum of 30 pump units by means of an RS485 connection.
This controlled system consents a better stability of the process, optimization of the compressor and the pumping units, maximization of the working hours, reduction of energy costs and minimum maintenance operations. Upon request, it is possible to add an extra module to have the LPCD send notifications to a determined email address giving real time information about the conditions of the compressor (IoT system).
