The NARDI COMPRESSORI range of DENTAL DRYERS with their modern and compact style are installed between the pump unit and the air tanks ensuring clean and dry air, and they have been specifically designed to cater for the demanding DENTAL and MEDICAL markets. The NARDI desiccant dryers with their very low dew point ensure a perfectly dry and odour-free cleanair. They are available in three versions: Dryer D400 single column desiccant dryer, D600 double column Dryer and the M400 membrane dryer.

Characteristics

— DRYER 400

Single column DRYER. The humidity in the compressed air is firstly condensed through a cooling winding positioned around the collecting unit, then it goes through a condensation separator and finally it is captured by the absorbing substance inside the filtering cartridge. Condensation disappears once compressor is turned off. Regeneration phase occurs when the dried and filtered compressed air in the collecting unit passes counter-current through the regeneration column until total pressure clearance. DRYER 400 has a discontinued duty cycle of 50% 20min.

— DRYER D600

Double column DRYER. Humidity in the compressed air will be firstly condensed by a forced cooling radiator, then it goes through a floating condensation separator and finally it is absorbed by the filtering substance inside the columns. In a second step, condensation is expelled in the regeneration phase whilst the dehydrated and filtered compressed air is sent to the distribution line. Regeneration occurs by passing counter-current a small quantity of dried air in the tank. Functioning of the double column is controlled by an electronic device inside the DRYER, this controls the alternating cycles of the filtering columns. The electronic device has a Pause function for an equal working life of both filtering columns. DRYER D600 can be used in a continuous duty cycle.

— DRYER M400

NARDI’s unique membrane DRYER. In this version, the humidity in the compressed air is condensed by a forced cooling radiator, it passes along a floating condensation separator and at the end it is captured by the membrane system inside the filtering column. Condensation is expelled during filtration by means of little holes positioned at the base of the column. DRYER M400 can work in a continuous duty cycle.
